toc:faq General Information The UC 500 Software Packs bundle all the necessary files for the UC. UC520, UC540, UC560.
A late Thursday afternoon calls for a relatively straightforward post about upgrading the UC series via CCA (or Cisco Configuration Assistant). While this task seems pretty straightforward, I have received more than my fair share of requests on how to do it. I normally don’t like to use the CCA tool for anything, but from a user perspective this may present the least amount of challenge. Look forward to a future post on how to complete this task via the CLI. Enjoy!
